Attractive Man (AM) got the attention of Young Female (YF). AM comes from a decent family and his manners impressed YF. When AM became friendly towards YF, she thought he was making initial moves towards courtship.
AM was likeable and YF’s family was fond of him. Soon, AM asked permission if he could see YF regularly. This move of asking permission endeared him more to YF and the family. However, restrictions were set, such as home visits and group dates only. Moreover, AM was told not to be too serious with YF. The positive effects of AM on YF quickly manifested. Her performance at school was inspired.
Not all good things last. AM’s visits started to lessen until he no longer dropped by. YF was clueless until they found out the reason. AM started seeing an old friend and they tried to see if they would click. AM chose and YF was relegated. YF hardly left her room as she was depressed, but her family opted to keep quiet. They did not want social media to have a field day on YF's disappointment.
Eventually, YF had a long talk with a family member to whom she confided her troubles. YF mentioned that she had slowly moved on already. Meanwhile, AM was called for his action and his reply was that he took the advice of not to take his relationship with YF too seriously. AM added that he wants a serious and committed relationship.
